Around us 3:A butterfly that brings life to the canvas

 Yusuf Arakkal

A butterfly that brings life to the canvas

Yusuf Arakkal, a world-renowned painter after Raja Ravi Varma, is a member of the Arakkal royal family.  He was born in 1944 in Thrissur.

What sets Yusuf Arakal apart from other artists is his style of interacting with the world on the canvas, instead of following myths, myths and ill-advised women.

The faces of the marginalized and the victim of the fate of the fate of the fate and the victim were painted to shreds.  When the Gujarat riots were canvassed and the Muslim hunt became an international issue, the fascists were stirring up controversy against the slaughter.  Yusuf has always been able to fight single-handedly from the vast majority of artistes who have begun pretending he does not see contemporary issues.

Yusuf Arakkal opened to the world a canvas of goodness, without sacrificing identity.

He proved his talent in various fields without confining any aspect of art.

Paintings, paintings, murals, sculptures, all gave way to him.

Having gained world attention through Abstract Painting, Youssef has amazed the world by showing his own touch in figurative painting.

He is an Indian who has been fortunate to participate in more than 40 international competitions and exhibitions, winning medals at the Sao Paulo, Japan, Dhaka, Cairo and Florence Biennale.

Yusuf Arakkal has won numerous awards, including a silver medal, in the 2003 Florence Biennale, and a second place in the 2003 National Award.

He published a study on drawings to date called Linear Expressions.

He has written a magnificent book on the art and face of modern Indian painting.  The book is considered the Encyclopedia of Painting.

The series, titled "Gujamica, War, and Gujamica reoccus, is a glimpse into the minority hunting of communal riots."

Discarded, a documentary series that tells the story of human inhumanity, has been exhibited in many countries.

The great manishi went on to say that for the rest of the life text book, it is not to be an artist but to struggle with the green life of the poor and the suffering of the victim and the victim.
